Assisting Hands Boston warmly invites you to our upcoming In-Person Memory Café on Friday, August 7th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the first Friday in August at JF&CS Headquarters in Waltham.
Join us for an Afternoon of Dance and Movement – No Experience Needed!
Get ready to move to some irresistible music! We are thrilled to welcome dance and movement therapist Donna Newman-Bluestein, who will guide us in moving either in our seats or on our feet. Remember: if you have a heartbeat, you have rhythm! Absolutely no prior experience is necessary to join in the fun.
We also encourage you to bring along something else that brings a smile to your face. Whether you choose to share a favorite poem, a meaningful quote, a joke, a story, or a piece of artwork, sharing these personal moments helps create a warm, engaging, and joyful experience for everyone attending. Come ready to connect, share, and enjoy the smiles!
The Memory Café offers a supportive and inclusive space for individuals and caregivers to connect, relax, and enjoy time together.
