Meet Jenna Krysko, RN – Case Manager
Jenna Krysko joins Assisting Hands – Boston NW with over a decade of nursing experience dedicated to the elderly community. A proud graduate of Fitchburg State University, Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, skilled rehab facilities, home care, outpatient wound care, and foot care services.
Her most pivotal role came during the COVID-19 pandemic when she served as a nurse manager in a long-term care facility, navigating the challenges of the crisis while championing patient advocacy. This experience deepened her commitment to ensuring that older adults and their families feel supported, respected, and empowered to navigate the often overwhelming healthcare system.
Jenna is known for her compassionate approach and her ability to truly connect with those in her care. As an “old soul,” she finds joy in learning about the lives, histories, and interests of her patients.

- When she’s not nursing, Jenna enjoys yoga (she’s a certified instructor!), spending time with her family and dog, and enjoying the outdoors.
- She’s a movie enthusiast who loves a good film.

Meet Mary Sullivan – Talent Acquisition and Scheduling Coordinator
Mary Sullivan steps into her role at Assisting Hands with a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. A graduate of Bentley University, Mary also holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and Data Analytics. She has honed her skills across a variety of industries, including non-profits, venture capital, and government.
At Assisting Hands, Mary’s mission is to identify and recruit the best caregivers for our clients while fostering a seamless connection between caregivers and clients. Her dedication to helping individuals achieve their career goals is a driving force behind her work, and she takes pride in implementing best practices in talent acquisition to build a strong and compassionate team.

- Mary is an avid concertgoer and loves reading celebrity memoirs.
- She has a playful French Bulldog puppy who keeps her on her toes.
- During the summer, you’ll find her hiking and camping with her family in the stunning landscapes of New Hampshire.
