Assisting Hands Boston is pleased to invite you to our upcoming In Person Memory Café on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1430 Main Street, Waltham. This month, the JF&CS Memory Café will feature a calming and restorative session with Sue Novick, who will guide participants through an indoor Forest Bathing-inspired experience. Drawing from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “immersing in the forest,” this program will include mindful breathing, gentle movement, and sensory exploration.

Forest Bathing has been shown to provide both physical and emotional health benefits. It offers a chance to slow down, open the senses, and connect with the natural world in new and meaningful ways. Join us for a morning of relaxation, mindfulness, and renewal.

RSVP:  Call Jessica at 781-693-1257 or [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance to register and get the link.

Free parking available in our lot.
