Assisting Hands Boston is pleased to invite you to our upcoming In Person Memory Café on September 5, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1430 Main Street, Waltham. This month, the JF&CS Memory Café will offer participants an inspiring morning filled with rhythm and connection. Led by Monique and Stephen from SoulWorks Rhythm, the lively drum circle will engage the body, stimulate the mind, and lift the spirit.

Drumming is one of the oldest forms of mind-body healing. It can help reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve mood, and encourage creative expression. Participants do not need any prior experience, and all instruments will be provided.

The Memory Café offers a warm and welcoming environment for individuals living with memory changes and their care partners. It is a place to share enjoyable activities, connect with others, and experience the benefits of community.

New participants and volunteers must complete a registration form before attending their first Café.

RSVP:  Call Jessica at 781-693-1257 or [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance to register and get the link

Free parking available in our lot.
