Assisting Hands Boston is delighted to invite you to our upcoming Memory Café, which will be held on August 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We are honored to welcome Donna Newman-Bluestein, a licensed dance and movement therapist, who will lead a special session designed to encourage expressive movement through music. Participants will have the opportunity to move either from their seats or while standing, as they experience the joy, connection, and healing power of dance. This session is open to everyone, and no prior dance experience is needed. If you have a heartbeat, you have rhythm.

JF&CS Virtual Memory Café:
In addition to our in-person gathering on Friday, August 1 for a dance and movement session, Join us for a virtual journey across North America. On July 24, we’ll head north to Canada. We invite you to bring photos or stories you may have related to these places to share with the group.
