JF and CS Memory Café, In-person and Virtual | July 2025

Assisting Hands Boston is delighted to invite you to our upcoming Memory Café on July 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We are excited to welcome Audrey Albert King of Lesley University, who will lead a special dance and fitness session. Audrey’s unique approach uses movement to promote well-being in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. You’ll be gently guided through uplifting movement experiences set to soul-stirring music.

No experience is necessary — come as you are, and leave feeling joyful, energized, and renewed!

Free parking available in our lot.

In addition to our in-person gathering on Friday, July 11th for a dance and fitness session, Join us for a virtual journey across North America. On July 24, we’ll head north to Canada. We invite you to bring photos or stories you may have related to these places to share with the group.
