We are delighted to announce that Benji Tracy has joined our team as Home Care Scheduling Specialist.
Benji comes to Assisting hands with a decade of experience in Human Resources and Staff Support, as well as three years experience as a direct-care CNA. With his Double-major Degree in Human Resources Management and Diversity and Cultural Awareness, he is equipped with the skills to raise and maintain the standard of care that Assisting Hands provides to its clients, including helping navigate the varying needs of Neurodivergent Adults.
His commitment to providing dignity and affirmation to those in need extends to other aspects of his life, where he volunteers his expertise in community building and mentorship to student groups at UMass Lowell and the surrounding area.
At home, Benji and his wife both possess a deep love of music and theater, having filled both on and off-stage roles at the college and community theater levels. Their cozy home is filled with showtunes and two adorable cats.
