We are delighted to announce that Mayzha Wilson has joined our team as Home Care Scheduling Specialist.
Mayzha Wilson is a Home Care Scheduling Specialist at Assisting Hands Home Care, where she coordinates caregiver schedules to ensure reliable and high-quality client support. With a background in direct care coordination and community health advocacy, she brings a deep, firsthand understanding of client needs, cultural considerations, and the importance of trust in care relationships.
Mayzha’s previous role as a Care Coordinator provided her with strong skills in assessing client needs, navigating community resources, and advocating for equitable access to services—all of which directly inform her compassionate and effective approach to scheduling. She holds an Associate’s degree in Political Science, which supports her systemic perspective on service delivery and operational fairness.
By combining hands-on community experience with a focus on operational efficiency, Mayzha is committed to creating schedules that not only meet logistical demands but also honor the individual needs of clients and support the well-being of caregivers.
