Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. This week, our Assisting Hands Home Care Frisco community team hosted a special body scrub activity at Landmark of Plano Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (on 1621 Coit Rd, Plano, TX 75075) and it turned into a truly uplifting afternoon.

Residents had the opportunity to create their own personalized body scrubs, choosing scents and ingredients they liked. What may seem like a simple activity quickly became something much more meaningful. For many patients, it was a very welcome change of pace from their daily routine—bringing smiles, laughter, and a sense of creativity.

Moments like these matter. They encourage social interaction, stimulate the senses, and give residents a chance to express themselves. We saw conversations spark, memories shared, and genuine joy throughout the room.
