The Willems Family

At Assisting Hands Home Care Frisco, caring is a family commitment. Our family moved from Germany to Texas in 2021 with a vision of building a business that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

Wolfgang and Anja Willems were inspired by their personal caregiving journey while caring for their first child, who was born with severe disabilities. That experience taught them the importance of compassion, patience, and dependable support during difficult times.

Today, Wolfgang and Anja are proud parents of three children and are deeply rooted in the North Texas community. Before entering home care, Wolfgang spent nearly 20 years in international management roles, leading teams and improving business operations. He now applies that experience to streamline processes, maintain high quality standards, and ensure exceptional service for clients and families. Anja contributes to the company with her experience as both a caregiver and a mother, helping the team deliver compassionate and personalized care.

Henny Schneiderbauer

For more than 30 years, Henny has devoted her career to nurturing, teaching, and advocating for others—experience that powers our Customer Care program at Assisting Hands Frisco. As a Certified Master Dementia Strategist, and Certified Death Doula, she brings rare depth to every care plan, guiding families from early memory-loss concerns to the delicate decisions that accompany life’s final chapter.

Henny began her vocation in Germany as a hospital RN, then honed hands-on skills in home health, skilled-nursing, and Alzheimer’s communities. A decade spent as a licensed kindergarten teacher strengthened her gift for clear communication and gentle reassurance —qualities our seniors value just as much as her clinical know-how. From 2015 to 2022 she rotated through caregiving, scheduling, and office leadership in Dallas, mastering the operational side of home care before joining us as Customer Care Director.

Today she leads our client-services team, mentors caregivers in dementia best practices, and offers families one-on-one death-doula support when end-of-life guidance is needed. Fluent in English and German, Henny bridges cultures with ease, and her radiant kindness lifts every room she enters. It’s no exaggeration — everybody loves Henny.

James "Mike" Clark

Mike Clark-Community Liaison at Assisting Hands Frisco

James “Mike” Clark is a dedicated Community Liaison with deep roots in Denton and Collin County, TX. Having spent years supporting families and organizations across North Texas, Mike is passionate about improving lives in the local community. His experience in health care includes coordinating services, supporting client needs, and connecting families with valuable resources.

He has hands-on expertise in business operations, direct client outreach, and building trusted relationships both with clients and healthcare partners. His friendly, approachable style and strong local knowledge make him a vital bridge between our organization and the community.

Known for his compassion, Mike is always ready to lend an “Assisting Hand” — he finds purpose in helping people navigate care options and enjoys sharing his knowledge to benefit others in Denton and Collin County. As our Community Liaison, Mike stands out not just for his skills, but for his genuine commitment to uplifting the community he calls home.

Crystal Copeland

Crystal Copeland is the Human Resource and Office Manager at Assisting Hands Home Care Frisco, where she helps ensure that both clients and caregivers feel supported, heard, and well cared for every day.

Crystal brings a strong background in senior living, having worked closely with residents and families in both concierge and administrative roles. Through this experience, she developed a natural ability to connect with people, anticipate needs, and create a welcoming, supportive environment. 

In her role at Assisting Hands, Crystal oversees caregiver recruiting, scheduling, and daily coordination of care. She takes pride in thoughtfully matching caregivers with clients and making sure every schedule runs as smoothly as possible. Whether she is helping a family get started with care or supporting a caregiver in the field, Crystal approaches every situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. 

Crystal is known for her positive attitude, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility. She truly enjoys making a difference behind the scenes so that families can have peace of mind and caregivers can do their best work.
