This caregiver is wise, experienced, and compassionate, which is why he has been chosen for this accolade!

One of the things Paul enjoys most about being a caregiver is talking with her clients and their families to understand what is needed and expected. However, Paul’s favorite part about being a caregiver is helping clients overcome challenges or health issues they couldn’t have conquered on their own. He loves to help people!

Paul has found that for many of her clients who stay in their homes, convincing them to get out and about greatly improves their mindset and quality of life. Not only is Paul adept at giving the client positive experiences, but he is also excellent at taking on any challenges a client might throw his way. When dealing with a stressful situation with a client, Paul validates the client’s emotions without feeding into agitation or anger. To do this he takes a deep breath and allows the client to express his/her feelings, which requires great patience.

When asked if he had any advice for caregivers entering the field, he said, “they should maintain their patience in all circumstances.” Paul is a talented caregiver who always gives his all to his clients. Assisting Hands Palm Beach thanks him for his dedication to a high caliber of care!.
