Agustin is a fantastic caregiver! Throughout the years we have received many compliments from his clients and their loved ones   regarding the care and support he has provided.

Agustin is passionate about his clients, very proactive and engages with a sense of kindness that makes his clients feel genuinely cared for. He is a true asset to our team.

Recently a client wrote a letter to Agustin saying: “Your kind and emotional support was certainly extended to me and my family during such a difficult time for us. You level of care and empathy was above and beyond what I had expected. It is not often that one comes across such a special person as you”.

Numerous times Agustin has stepped up to assist us with staffing challenges when his circumstances have allowed.

He always says: “Treat others as you would like to be treated.  Be adaptable, patient and be willing to think outside-the-box”.
