We are proud to announce that Shanetta B. as the recipient of the Caregiver Award for Assisting Hands® Palm Beach.
Shanetta B. has been a caregiver with Assisting Hands Home Care since July 2017. Since then, she has worked with a long-time client whose family adores her. They are especially appreciative of her hard work and reliability. The family describes Shanetta as “their saving grace”, who and is always there for them when they need her. Her top priority is making sure her clients always feel safe and comfortable.
Another client says “words cannot express how wonderful Shanetta is in her role as a caregiver; she is humble, modest, and always does her best.” She takes her career as a Home Health Aide (HHA) very seriously. After supervisory visits from a nurse, Shanetta was repeatedly complimented on her communication and documentation skills, which are both essential in her role.
Shanetta does an amazing job with her clients. So much so that her office often receives calls from clients and their families thanking and praising her profusely. We are proud to celebrate Shanetta and give our thanks for her persistent and consistent effort to change the way the world ages.
