The Hispanic Chamber Healthcare Committee recently held its monthly meeting at the newly opened Joe DiMaggio Children’s Health Specialty Center, located on SR 7 in Wellington, Florida.

The meeting, which included networking and a 60-second introduction by all present, was lead by Marina Ramirez, President of Assisting Hands Home Care® Palm Beach and chair of the Hispanic Chamber’s Healthcare committee.

Amanda Millman, Director of Business Development at Joe DiMaggio, led a tour of the shiny new facilities which are designed to provide outpatient care to the Palm Beach community in a compassionate and child-friendly setting.

Outpatient Pediatric Specialties include endocrinology, neurology, orthopedics, sports medicine, otolaryngology, and pulmonology. In addition, it provides pediatric services such as imaging (MRI and Ultrasound), general surgery and pediatric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and an outpatient surgery center, rehabilitation services and sports medicine rehab services.
