In November, Marina Ramirez and Cheryl Tenhoeve, owner and scheduler of Assisting Hands Palm Beach, manned a booth the Hispanic Chamber Health Fair held at the Mid County Senior Center on Lake Worth Road.
More than 30 healthcare providers participated in the event and over 250 Palm Beach County seniors visited to learn more about health alternatives available to them. On the fun side, a DJ lent a festive mood to the event and many seniors joined in the dancing.
